Though many of you are probably ahead in planning beyond my efforts, I hope that having just posted for all the Sundays of Advent is helpful. I am starting to think about Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I will do a more traditional Christmas Eve worship, but I was wondering about Christmas Day.
What would be helpful to you? I was thinking of writing a not-too-formal liturgy to be used in worship in a church, but I was also thinking of writing a liturgy that could be used by people at home. What do you think of that idea? I’ve heard of so many different ways people are doing Christmas this year that I’ve had a hard time knowing how to be helpful. Please let me know? Thank you!

We’re planning on a 30 min service, fairly informal. Not sure what we’ll do for the message.

Would it be helpful to include some “meditation” or “reflection” section? Intentionally not a sermon, but something to kind of fill that spot?

Not sure? I’m thinking that’s what I’m going to do with it – a 5 min (or less) reflection for our 30 min service. Maybe some starters/thoughts rather than a whole meditation/reflection?
Love your stuff 🙂
